What do you think? Is the Pulsar enough to maintain the status of Bajaj as a good bike manufacturer? Well, after the revolution of full-fairing brought in by
Yamaha YZF-R15 and now the
Hero Honda Karizma ZMR Fi, I guess not. Pulsar 150, then 180, 200 and 220... and not a Pulsar 250 again. The next super bike from Bajaj will be
Ninja 250!
Bajaj Kawasaki Ninja 250 will be equipped with 8 valve DOHC 249cc twin-cylinder liquid cooled engine with fuel injection system. This motorcycle’s machine churns out power of
30 bhp and has a six speed gear box that will enable the bike to go upto a maximum speed of
177 kmph.Bajaj plans to import the bike as a CKU (Completely Knocked-Down Unit) which means that the parts will be imported and then later assembled in India. This beast is expected to be priced around Rs. 1.6 - 2 lakhs. So, all we have to do is to wait now for its launch and setting the roads ablaze.
